Painting, photography, papier mâché, drawing, all of these modalities are a way to communicate ideas, excitement, questions, and a vehicle to look further. As a therapist, I spend my days listening, thinking, and learning. As an artist I spend my time exploring, questioning and creating. The two fields overlap, and I am finally letting myself really explore, through the creative, my own processes. It feels both vulnerable and exciting. Join me.
